🌞 A Fantastic PTA Summer Fayre at Edenderry Primary School!
What an incredible evening we enjoyed at our Edenderry Primary School PTA Summer Fayre! Blessed with glorious sunshine, the school grounds were filled with laughter, smiles and a wonderful sense of community as families and friends came together to celebrate.
This fantastic event was the result of the unwavering commitment, creativity and sheer hard work of our amazing PTA Committee. Their dedication in planning and organising such a large-scale event is truly appreciated. We also extend our sincere thanks to the many volunteers, our supportive school staff, and the generous vendors and local businesses who contributed to making the day such a success.
We were delighted to welcome representatives from Portadown Football Club and Portadown Rugby Club, as well as the NI Fire and Rescue Service and the PSNI Community Police Team, whose presence added so much interest and excitement for the children. Our thanks also go to ABC Council for their valued input and support.
There was something for everyone to enjoy! The fayre featured a wide range of activities including:
- Bouncy castles full of energy and excitement
- Delicious candy floss and fresh popcorn
- A lively disco that kept everyone dancing
- The ever-popular sponge splat and “wet the staff” challenge
- A fun-filled selfie booth capturing special memories
- Traditional favourites like hook-a-duck and the lucky dip
The turnout was simply fantastic, with a huge crowd coming together to enjoy the fun, creating a vibrant and joyful atmosphere throughout the night and our P7 leavers signed off in style with one final sing-song.
Events like this truly showcase the strength of our school community. Thank you to everyone who attended, supported and contributed — you helped make it a truly memorable day for our children.
We are already looking forward to next year! 🎈
