Today, we were delighted to welcome Waringstown Primary School to Edenderry for a fantastic afternoon of cricket. Both our boys' and girls' teams played two games each, showcasing some brilliant talent and teamwork.
Our boys team put on a stellar performance, winning both of their games by two runs! Meanwhile, the girls secured a fantastic win in their first match and narrowly missed out on a victory in a closely contested second game.
It was a wonderful experience for everyone involved, but it was particularly special for our P7 pupils, as these matches mark their final month of playing cricket for the school.
It was fantastic to see our players' confidence grow with every single game they played.
All the boys and girls were a credit to their schools, demonstrating excellent behavior and outstanding sportsmanship throughout the day. Well done to everyone!
