Pupils across the school engaged in a variety of activities focused around the theme of 'Authors'.
Real life author Ed Wicke then entertained and shared some of his popular stories with all our different year groups and classes across the school.
Ed also shared his passion for great stories and his love for reading. He reminded all our pupils of the importance of reading for pleasure, celebrated creativity and encouraged everyone to explore all the books we might already have both at school and home.
Thanks to Ed for helping make World Book Day a special day and to all our wonderful pupils for engaging so well and making all our teachers very proud of them.
