After a request and then some advice from our school council, this week we introduced a number of new playground resources and activities for lunchtime play. As well as a free play area, we now also have football, basketball, hopscotch, skipping and quiet reading areas to enjoy when we are getting a break from the classroom.
A huge thank you to the school council and our new staff playground activity team of Mr McClean, Barry, Mr McKeeman Mrs Montgomery and Mrs McMullan who oversaw the purchase of the new resources and the safe structuring of the activity areas.
Thank you also to our excellent team of supervisors who keep our children safe outside each day.
