🥞 Pancake Tuesday in P1 🥞

Today we had a fantastic time celebrating Shrove Tuesday in P1! We learned all about what Shrove Tuesday is and why people traditionally make pancakes on this day.


We then got busy in the classroom measuring out our ingredients and working together to make our own pancakes.   After enjoying our tasty treats, we created a pictogram to show which toppings were the most popular in our class. The boys and girls had great fun counting, comparing and chatting about our results! 🥞
