Our final year students used their last days to look at leadership. Working with our Board of Governor's chairperson, Mr McNally, the pupils spent two hours of games and investigations looking at leadership. Mr McNally brought all his corporate management skills and strategies to bear to show our pupils the challenges and joys of working as part of a team and taking ownership of their own directions.
Two hours flew in as pupils talked, listened and even built towers! A massive thank you to both Mr McNally and his son, a former EPS P7 himself, who came back to share and inspire our current soon to be P7 alumni.
