We followed instructions, measured ingredients and learnt how things change when they are heated when baking soda bread. We saw the soft dough change to solid bread after baking. We particularly enjoyed eating our freshly baked bread. It was delicious…even if we say so ourselves! We also tasted lots of breads from around the world, chose our favourite bread and made a class graph.
