Our new Edenderry School Council elections took place on Thursday after a very busy week of canvassing. Well done to everyone who stood for election and a special congratulations to Oliver (P4), Valerija (P4), Joshua (P5), Jonathan (P5), Rudra (P6), Robert (P6), Lexi (P7), Lucy (P7) and Bentley (Senior SPL), who were the successful candidates in class.
A very special thank you also to Jonathan Buckley MLA who joined our assembly this morning to present the new council members with their badges. Mr Buckley congratulated all candidates and reminded the new council members that the hard work of representing their friends on the council starts now.
