Acclaimed children's author, Declan Carville, visited Edenderry today and spent his time working with our P7s on the skills of storytelling. The accomplished writer shared the tricks of his trade and gave the pupils the chance to plan and create their own creative ideas. Declan's focus was the story, but explained how it could be delivered through a narrative or even visual medium. Our P7s loved this exciting opportunity to understand cartoon, animation, novel or even playscript creation.
