We are thrilled to share the highlights from our Sports and Fun Day, a truly special event for our Specialist Provision classes! Our Junior and Senior Willows, along with the Junior and Senior Oaks, put on an incredible display of athleticism, teamwork, and spirit that left everyone cheering.
The day began in our hall, where we showcased our amazing PE skills in various activities. Family members waved as we demonstrated our hard work and dedication. The excitement built as everyone moved outside to the pitch for some exhilarating races. It was heartwarming to see the determination on each child's face, and the support from their families made it even more memorable.
Mr. Blevins had the honor of presenting Spar-sponsored medals to all participants, celebrating their achievements and efforts. Each child walked away with a feeling of accomplishment, pride, and recognition for their hard work.
After the competitive events, the fun continued at Airtastic, where our everyone climbed, bounced, and jumped to their hearts' content. The smiles and laughter echoed throughout the venue, a testament to the joy of the day.
This event not only highlighted the physical skills that our boys and girls have developed but also fostered a sense of independence and confidence. Engaging in sports and physical activities helps our children enhance their coordination, balance, and overall fitness. More importantly, it encourages them to step out of their comfort zones, make new friends, and celebrate their achievements together.
