Today, our girls’ and boys’ hockey teams travelled to Newry to take part in another exciting Ulster Hockey Blitz – and what a day it was! With an action-packed schedule of seven games each, our players were kept on their toes from start to finish.
Both teams rose to the challenge, playing with energy, skill and great teamwork. The experience proved to be incredibly valuable, offering plenty of opportunities to sharpen their competitive match play and grow as teams.
A huge well done to everyone involved – your effort, enthusiasm and sportsmanship were outstanding!
A special thank you goes to Mrs Irwin and Mrs McCullough, who were kept very busy making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time throughout the day. With such a packed schedule, we didn’t manage to capture many photos, but our final group photo full of smiles says it all – it was a day full of fun, friendship and fantastic hockey.
