We have had so much fun this Autumn term in the JLSC! Our topic has been focusing on Autumn and Harvest.
We picked some apples in our orchard and used them to print some pumpkins with paint - our hands got a little messy!
We also used the apples to chop up into our fruit salad. We all tasted different fruits that we hadn’t tried before and loved them!
Before we got off for Halloween we also carved a pumpkin and explored the texture of the seeds during our sensory play.
We also learnt about the story of the little red hen and then everybody helped to make our own wheaten bread. We got to taste the bread too and it was delicious!
