Today the boys and girls cricket teams had a chance to play against Waringstown Primary school in a couple of friendly games. For many, this was their first experience playing a cricket match and everyone showed great enthusiasm, sportsmanship and there were some lovely pieces of skill throughout. This was good experience for our teams who will be playing in the upcoming NI Kwik Cricket tournament in Belfast.
A special thanks must go to Waringstown PS for hosting us and to Mr McCambley for the very warm welcome and for providing the children with drinks and snacks. It was very much appreciated!
