The pupils have absolutely loved learning about mini beasts so far! They have been really busy exploring all the different beasts and using the magnifying glasses to find them on our ‘mini beast hunts’.
The pupils have also enjoyed using the resources in the ABL room to make their own minibeasts - they were all fantastic! During art, they also used clay to make either a ladybird, snail, bee or butterfly.
The pupils have also loved watching our very own caterpillars grow and form their chrysalis. We are patiently waiting for them to turn into butterflies! 🦋
During indoor play, the pupils have also been engaging in the mini-beast topic through sensory play, playdough, water play and through drawing.
