Past Pupils New Found Fame

Edenderry PS is very proud of each and every pupil who have passed through our school. So many of the alumni have gone on to do so many wonderful and special achievements. Every child is remembered fondly and with our now long standing staff, so many of them have watched past pupils grow and flourish in adulthood.

 

No former pupil better typifies this than Tim Webb. Timmy, who attended EPS from 1994 to 2002/3, was a child who wore a smile on his face from P1 to P7 and was the epitome of a happy,  popular pupil. Tim was born with spina bifida and has spent life in his wheelchair. Yet never once has he let this hold him back or dampen his positive spirit.

 

He is a busy man, who divides his time between his beloved Glasgow Rangers, charity fund raising (especially the air ambulance cause) and being a leading light in the marching band scene. As a result of his dedication to this community Tim is now set to star on BBC1s  "The Band". Having been a member of both Markethill PB and Portadown Defenders AB he is a well known face on the scene.

 

So our school community would like to extend our congratulations to Tim for his recognition and look forward to seeing his screen debut. For those who hope to tune in;
